  • Aromatherapy Relaxation Massage

    Aromatherapy involves the use of essential oils extracted from various plants to enhance a person’s physical and mental well-being. The psychological benefits of aromatherapy are widely believed to include stress relief, antidepressant ability, energy boosting, and many more.

    Our treatments can help to alleviate your built-up stresses as you slip into blissful relaxation. We offer treatments with a variety of essential oils that each provide their own benefits to your physical and psychological well-being.

    Please note this massage is NOT performed by a registered massage therapist.

    Each session is 60 minutes in length.

  • Reflexology

    Reflexology is an alternative treatment that relies on the body’s natural ability to self-repair. By applying pressure to reflex points in the feet, all the organs, glands and structures of the body are encouraged to heal.

    While the treatment and results are unique to each individual, many satisfied reflexology clients have reported relief from pain and stress, increased strength and mobility, improved relaxation, and many more.

    Our reflexology sessions are 45 & 60 minutes in length.

  • Indian Head Massage

    This treatment helps to reduce any muscle tension that could be causing headaches, whilst the relaxing side of the massage will help to alleviate a tension headache. The massage increases nourishment and oxygen to the scalp and hair follicle which in turns stimulates hair growth.

    Please note that oil is used in your hair. The treatment may also be done without oil.

    While this treatment and results are unique to each person and each session here are some of the benefits of a session include: enhanced personal awareness, aids meditation and positive thinking, balances the energies in the body, relief from pain, relaxes and reduce stress, improve focus and clarity
